Connecting an exchange with a trade-only API key takes a few minutes, and deploying a template on top of it takes a few clicks. If you skip the exchange connection entirely and start in paper mode, you can be running a strategy immediately.
Performance can fluctuate as market conditions change. When degradation is detected, Liquid Edge's proprietary engines engage to reassess strategy alignment, adjust parameters, and reweight or reduce exposure within an adaptive allocation framework.
Trading stops. On a centralized exchange, deleting the API key cuts the connection immediately; on a perp DEX you revoke the permission from your wallet and the chain enforces it. Any positions already open remain yours to manage on the venue.

Yes. Backtesting runs your rules over historical data and returns an equity curve and statistics rather than a single number. It is the cheapest place to find out an idea does not work, though a good backtest is evidence and not a promise: markets change and past results do not indicate future performance.
