AI-enabled features may include natural-language interfaces, trading strategy creation and modification, market analysis, data interpretation, automated trading tools, research tools, user assistance, and other functionality.

Information Processed by AI Systems. When you use the Platform or interact with AI-enabled features, we may collect and process information associated with your use of those features, including prompts, instructions, queries, responses, feedback, strategy configurations, trading preferences, trading activity, order and execution data, transaction history, positions, portfolio and account information, connected account data, market-related interactions, and other information made available to or generated through the Platform.

Use of Information for AI Development and Training. We may use information collected through your use of the Platform, including AI interactions, prompts, trading data, strategy data, usage data, feedback, and related information, to develop, train, test, evaluate, fine-tune, validate, maintain, secure, and improve our artificial intelligence and machine-learning models, algorithms, systems, products, and services.

Such information may be combined, aggregated, transformed, de-identified, or otherwise processed where appropriate for these purposes. We may use historical and ongoing Platform activity to identify patterns, improve model performance, develop new functionality, evaluate trading and market-related systems, and improve the accuracy, reliability, safety, and usefulness of our products and services.

Service Providers and AI Providers. We may use third-party infrastructure, cloud-computing providers, data-processing providers, artificial-intelligence providers, model providers, and other service providers to operate or support our AI Systems. Information may be disclosed to or processed by these providers when reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, develop, secure, evaluate, or improve the Platform and its AI-enabled functionality, subject to applicable contractual, technical, and legal requirements.

Automated Analysis. AI Systems may analyze information relating to trading activity, strategies, market conditions, portfolio characteristics, account activity, and Platform usage to generate analyses, suggestions, strategies, configurations, classifications, predictions, or other outputs. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for particular market conditions or circumstances.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using certain categories of information for materially different purposes.
